Auto Silicone Hose

Auto silicone hose designed for flexibility, durability, and high-temperature resistance.

Who are Auto Silicone Hoses?

We manufacture and supply silicone hose and associated pipework for automotive, marine, agricultural and industrial use. The range covers silicone straights, elbows, reducers, couplers and coils, rubber hose, aluminium and stainless hard pipe, hose clips and clamps, tools and workshop consumables - and we make bespoke silicone hose to order alongside the stocked range.

What makes your silicone hose worth buying?

It is built to SAE J20 R3 with polyester braid reinforcement in 3 and 4 ply depending on bore, rated -50C to +250C, with working pressures up to 12.33 bar and burst up to 37 bar. Every product page carries a full size table and a downloadable datasheet, so you can check dimensions, pressures, bend radius and ply before you order rather than guessing.

What sizes do you cover?

Straight silicone hose from 6mm to 152mm, elbows from 6mm to 102mm in 45, 90, 135 and 180 degrees, couplers 13mm to 152mm across 20 lengths, straight reducers in 61 size pairings and reducing elbows in 43. Aluminium and stainless pipe and elbows from 8mm to 102mm. Clips and clamps to suit every size in the range.

Do you supply trade and bulk?

Yes - clips and clamps come in 10 and 100 packs and assorted boxes, hose is available in coils as well as cut lengths, and there are off-cut mixed boxes for short pieces. If you are fitting out a workshop or buying regularly, get in touch about a trade account rather than ordering piecemeal.

Can you make something bespoke?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Non-standard bores, angles, leg lengths, wall thicknesses, ply counts and colours are all possible. Send us the part you are replacing, a sketch with dimensions, or an OE number, plus the medium and temperature. Small quantities are fine - it does not have to be a production run.

How do I choose the right hose for my job?

Start with what is flowing through it. Coolant, water or air - standard silicone or rubber. Fuel, diesel or oil - fluorolined silicone or SAE J30 R6 rubber. Then check the temperature, then the bore, then whether the hose needs to resist vacuum or bend tightly, which points to a wire reinforced hose. If you tell us the application we will confirm before you order.
