Aluminium T-Piece 3 Way Hose Joiner is a precision-engineered connector designed for creating a strong and durable three-way branch in automotive, marine, agricultural, and industrial systems. Manufactured from high-grade T6063 aluminium, the T-piece offers excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and a polished finish for both durability and appearance. Each leg is precision-machined with beaded ends for secure hose retention under pressure and vibration, while the spout outlet provides a reliable auxiliary feed. Designed for use with silicone and rubber hoses, the aluminium T-piece ensures a professional, leak-free installation when secured with clamps.

Key Features:

  • Material: T6063 aluminium alloy for lightweight performance and corrosion resistance.

  • Construction: Solid aluminium body with beaded ends and smooth bore.

  • Spout Outlet: Standard 25 mm outlet across all sizes.

  • Wall Thickness: 1.6 mm for strength and rigidity.

  • Length: 102 mm overall length for secure coupling.

  • Outside Diameter Range: Available from 25 mm up to 102 mm.

  • Operating Temperature: -40°C to +220°C (peak +240°C).

  • Compatibility: Suitable for use with silicone or rubber hoses, fitted with clamps.

  • Applications: Coolant systems, turbocharger and intercooler pipework, breather lines, marine cooling, and general industrial fluid distribution.

The use of T6063 aluminium ensures excellent strength-to-weight balance, making the joiner particularly suitable for motorsport, performance upgrades, and custom fabrication. Beaded ends provide additional grip, preventing hoses from slipping under boost pressure or vibration, while the 25 mm spout outlet supports auxiliary feeds such as breathers, sensors, or bypass connections. With a polished surface for enhanced corrosion protection and appearance, the T-piece is both functional and professional. Easy to install with clamps, it integrates seamlessly into high-performance and heavy-duty systems.

Applications include coolant branching in automotive engines, intercooler and turbocharger systems, breather circuits, marine cooling lines, and industrial fluid handling. Aluminium T-Piece 3 Way Hose Joiners are widely used in motorsport, engineering, and custom-builds where a strong, corrosion-resistant, and lightweight auxiliary connection is required.

How to measure OD

hose fits over OD bore OD = the surface the hose clamps onto
1
Measure across the outside
Rigid pipe, tube and joiners are sized by the outer wall, because that is the surface a hose seals against. The bore and wall thickness follow from it — they are not the ordering size.
2
Use vernier calipers
Set the outer jaws across the widest point. A tape measure round a curve reads low by a millimetre or two — enough to buy the wrong size.
3
Take three readings, keep the largest
Rotate 60° between each. If they disagree the tube is oval; size to the biggest figure so the hose still clamps down evenly.
4
Match the hose to this OD
The hose sleeves over the tube, so the hose you want is the one whose internal diameter equals this outside diameter. A 51 mm tube takes a 51 mm ID hose.
Order by OD, always. Tube, rigid pipe and joiners are listed by outside diameter — the surface the hose clamps onto. Pair one with a hose of the same ID. On reducers, quote both ends, largest first.

Aluminium T-Piece 3 Way Hose Joiner

✅ 25mm Spout OD ✅ 1.6mm Wall ✅ T6063 Aluminium

What is it used for?

Creating a three-way branch in a pipework run - a heater feed off a coolant line, a bypass or breather takeoff, or splitting an air feed.

What size do I order?

Order by outside diameter, because that is what your hose or coupler slides over - match it to the internal diameter of the silicone or rubber hose you are using. Measure with vernier callipers rather than a tape. Available in outside diameters from 25mm to 102mm.

What material and rating is it?

T6063 aluminium alloy with a 1.6mm wall, rated -40C to +220C. T6063 gives good strength and corrosion resistance at low weight, sheds heat well, and will not rust like mild steel.

Aluminium or stainless - which should I choose?

Aluminium is lighter, cheaper and rejects heat faster, which makes it the usual choice for intercooler and intake pipework. Stainless is stronger, far better in salt environments and takes a superior polish, so it suits marine work and visible show pipework. Both are rated -40C to +220C and can be mixed in one system.

Can I cut, weld or polish it?

All three. Cut with a pipe cutter or fine-tooth blade and deburr inside and out. Both T6063 and 304 TIG weld well, though aluminium softens slightly in the heat-affected zone. Both polish up, and aluminium can be anodised or powder-coated - just mask where the hose clamps on, because a thick coating under a clamp can creep and loosen the joint.

How do I join it into a system?

Slide silicone or rubber coupling hose over the end and clamp it. That is how most intake and charge air systems are assembled, and the flexible joints absorb engine movement and vibration that a welded system would transmit. T-bolt clamps on pressurised joints, stainless worm drive clips on coolant.
