Gummimatten für lange Haltbarkeit und Rutschfestigkeit bei verschiedenen Anwendungen.

What rubber matting do you stock?

Circular stud matting in 3mm and 5mm thicknesses, plus checker plate and smooth finishes in the wider range, and a sample pack covering the options. Circular stud gives good grip with a softer appearance than checker plate and is slightly easier to clean.

Which thickness should I choose?

5mm for a working van, workshop or loading area - it takes the abuse, deadens noise better and resists being punched through by dropped tools. 3mm for lighter duty, or where height and weight matter, such as a camper floor where headroom counts.

Is it slip resistant?

Circular stud provides good grip including when damp, which is why it is a common choice for van floors, walkways and workshop areas. It is a considerably safer surface than bare metal or a smooth finish where people step in from outside in the rain.

Where can I use it?

Van and pickup floors, workshop and garage floors, trailer beds, steps and walkways, gym and utility areas, and campervan floors. It cuts with a sharp knife and a straight edge, so it fits round wheel arches and fixings without difficulty.

Does it need gluing down?

Not always - in a van the weight of the mat and the shape of the floor often hold it, which has the advantage that it lifts out for cleaning. Glue it if it will be walked on constantly or if the edges lift and become a trip hazard, using a suitable contact adhesive.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes - the rubber matting flooring sample pack covers the finishes and thicknesses. Worth ordering before a big job: the difference between 3mm and 5mm and between the patterns is much easier to judge in the hand than on screen, and this is bought by the roll.
