What is in the sample pack?
The rubber matting range - checker plate, circular stud and smooth finishes in 3mm and 5mm thicknesses.

Why order samples first?
Because colour and texture are genuinely hard to judge from a screen, and this is bought by the roll. Getting a shade wrong across a whole van interior, or discovering a thickness is not right after it arrives, is an expensive way to find out.

What will the samples tell me?
Thickness and grip in the hand, and how each pattern actually looks - much easier to assess physically than in a photograph.

Do the samples match the roll exactly?
They are cut from production material, so they represent the product accurately. As with any dyed or moulded material there can be minor batch variation, which is why we recommend ordering all the material for a job in one go rather than topping up later.

Can I hold a sample against my existing trim?
That is exactly what they are for. If you are matching new material to existing panels, seeing them side by side under your own lighting is the only reliable way to decide.

How big are the samples?
Large enough to judge colour, texture and thickness properly, but not large enough to line a panel with - they are for decision-making, not for the job itself.
