I ordered 3 pieces, 75mm long 102mm diameter rubber coupling hoses, along with some jubilee clips. Several days later a box turned up. It contained 6 jubilee clips and one single length of hose. The ends of the tube were very badly cut and messy. At the longest, the hose was 226mm, at the shortest 214mm. The tube was 102mm internal diameter, about 109mm od, but the box it was packed in was only about 100mm deep so the hose had been crushed in transit and was significantly damaged.
I complained to the supplier, who agreed that the goods was not what I ordered, and was not in a satisfactory condition. It was implied that replacement lengths of hose, as ordered, would be supplied, but nothing has turned up.
In the end, I stuffed the tube with paper to try and re-shape it, and using the thinnest saw blade, I was able to cut sections 68mm, 68mm and 70mm long which are just about long enough, but vibration of the machine causes the whole thing to slide off after after 15 minutes or so.
The jubilee clips are good, but the hose/tube is absolutely not like the pictures on the website.
